    Our client is a leading distributor of bicycles, wheeled products and accessories. They are seeking a Retail Link Analyst in their American Canyon, CA office.

    The ideal candidate will provide support to the Company on Walmart account handling, primarily with communications and operational situations. The Retail Link Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Company’s day-to-day activities involving order management, replenishment and associated support for internal Operations/ Distribution personnel. A strong emphasis will be placed on thoroughly using Retail Link information to drive decisions and manage the Wal-Mart account

    • Provide customer support to Walmart by acting as a liaison between the company’s internal teams and Walmart staff
    • Use Retail Link to monitor customer requirements and performance ratings, manage vendor guidelines, assist Finance with research and support on chargeback activity
    • Maintain annual forecast by month/by item to support Ladder Plan updates
    • Provide input to Sales and Forecasting team on items.
    • Primary contact for all replenishment activities
    • Analyze Weekly Replenishment by Style/Store in Retail Link
    • Monitor returns and use information to manage process
    • Review and Manage Stores with Zero Sales by contacting them
    • Recommend additional buys for hot items.
    • Run Scorecard Reports for Sales associated with Marketing’s product groups for the items above and report to our Sales Team
    • Manage the Store Traits for each item
    • Support Merchandising and Sales to coordinate Plans by season.
    • Oversee Form 33 and SSO’s write ups/coordinate 1Sync activities for New Item Setup.
    • Manage Weekly Order Review to prepare for weekly updates with Walmart Replenishment Mgr.
    • Work with sourcing and advise any dates affecting Wal-Mart on time delivery
    • Monitor damages, defects and chargeback activity.
    • Ad hoc reporting as required
    • Travel 4-6 times per year required

    • 3 – 5 years work experience
    • 3 + years of Retail Link Experience – must be fluent in Walmart terminology
    • Superior knowledge of replenishment and forecasting for the consumer products industry
    • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
    • Strong analytical skills; must be able to establish proactive plans based on data
    • Strong presentation skills and high level of professionalism to interact with customers
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School diploma or GED required
    • Experience in consumer products industry required, bicycle or toy environment preferred
    • APICS certification, knowledge of ERP systems/databases preferred
    • $65,000 - $90,000
    • 10% bonus
    • Will consider relocation and benefits
