We understand that your schedule and needs might change unexpectedly. For this reason, we will try to accomodate you if you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered. Our Refund Policy is outlined below.
Refunds will be granted for all Classroom Training courses if a request for refund is received no less than 14 days before the actual training date. Unfortunately, any requests for refund which occur less than 14 days before the scheduled class date will not be refunded.
Refunds will be granted for all Online workshops if a request for refund is received no less than 2 days before the actual training date. Unfortunately, any requests for refund which occur less than 2 days before the scheduled class date will not be refunded.
The nature of our On-Demand Video Training prevents us from granting refunds once a video is purchased. If you feel you have not received the product as advertised, you may contact us via email and we will attempt to accomodate you.
