  • All of our Retail Link® Video Training courses are viewable in your account center. Furthermore, users who register for traditional Classroom Retail Link® training will find supplemental training guides in their account center.

  • Retail Link® Training Classes

  • You will need the following during classes:
    • • Laptop with wireless capabilities
    • • Microsoft Excel, or equivalent software
    • • Authorized Retail Link login credentials
  • We understand that your schedule and needs might change unexpectedly. For this reason, we will try to accomodate you if you are unable to attend a class for which you have registered. Our Refund Policy is outlined below:
    • Classroom Training Refunds
      Refunds will be granted for all Classroom Training courses if a request for refund is received no less than 10 days before the actual training date. Unfortunately, any requests for refund which occur less than 10 days before the scheduled class date will not be refunded.
    • On-Demand Video Training
      The nature of our On-Demand Video Training prevents us from granting refunds once a video is purchased. If you feel you have not received the product as advertised, you may contact us via email and we will attempt to accomodate you.
